One of the ladies was very rude to my daughter, she spoke to her in a condescending way that would never give a 16 year old confidence to drive. I am disgusted by the service and I no longer trust to bring my children here.

This place is extremely worthless to go to. Took me 4 days to get the actual paperwork needed to get my license simply because every time I went they told me that I needed something different. On top of that, they are super picky when it comes to paperwork, when I got my ID back home it was fast and easy, here I couldn't do anything because the paperwork that I had for proof of address didn't have my second last name as it is on my birth certificate. And the people that work there, well they're as rude as they can be, they look at people like if we're there to bother them. Don't waste your time there.

Read this before you take your road test. Please do not go to this DMV if you take a road test for your licence, you will fail no matter how good your driving is. I took mine with this heavyset guy and he was nice just that there set of rules for the driving test are sad. Go to manhatten to save money on your driving test and you will pass. If you want to fail the driving test come to this dmv if not stay away from this DMV. You have been warned

I just wonder are they working for government or themself. Government pay for them , but they do nothing .
I go there renew my driver license ,after they ask for my passport , she let me see in a terrible machine , I can not see clearly , I do not know she want to check my eye , I have the right glasses in my car . I told her I can not see clear with this glass , I have one in my car. She said you need to see an doctory and check you eye . What f$$k . I have glasses I can see that . But ......

The workers were extremely rude and disrespectful. They have hung up on my twice and they always look at you in disgust. Also the line to be waited on is absolutely rediculous. 2 employees and 30+ people standing slowly waiting to be disrespected.
