The staff is very rude and it shows they do not like their job. Ive tried several times to get my son in to get his permit. We have all the correct paperwork and the line is always so long its hard to even get in. They really need to hire more people.

Sat in their office for 2 hours to be told that we had to try again Tuesday... one of the ladies (mind you only two of the three employees working are ever actually helping people at any given time) behind the counter held a social conversation with a woman she was "helping" for over an hour. Trust me, a lot of us waiting were timing it and very vocally taking notice. When one guy finally spoke up and asked her to please be considerate and move on to the next person waiting, she rudely chastised him for 10 minutes, and then took a 15 minute phone call.... this office is full of rude, deliberately slow, inconsiderate employees who abuse their authority like they enjoy it. Who do i call to get this addressed. It's ridiculous.

If I could give lower I would. On 2 different occasions I have had to come here recently to renew my license and get my son's I'D. Both times we were there in line before 7am. Neither time did they open on time. Today they opened 15 min late and took another 10 to call anyone up And that was just the guy. The 2 women called their 1st person at 730. This place is a joke to say the least.

I went in to renew my DL today. Not only is this office filthy and unprofessional but there seems to be only one employee who cares about getting the tax paying public in and out in a timely manner. This employee seems to actually care that the tax paying public takes their time off work to come into this office, sit and wait to get their DL renewed or whatever DL business taken care of. This employee seems to actually care that our time is valuable and as we sit there watching the clock hoping that we get waited on that day or have to return another day, because it doesn't matter how long you have been sitting there, if you are not waited on by 5:15, you are not getting waited on. Funny how there was one employee who definitely could have cared less about wasting our time. She lolli-gagged, visited, simply took her sweet time. The employee who actually cared cared about getting the tax paying public in and out waited on 4 or 5 to her one. The employee who seemed to care was a young man, the only young man working there. The lady who could have cared less was at the far West desk, she had a sign on her desk that said "Starla". Not sure if that was her name, but she only waited on about 2 people in over an hour. The lady in the middle was almost as bad as the one on the end. I told this lady that it was terrible that we had to wait so long. I asked why they didn't get an online registration for getting in line like the tag office, she said they didn't have the funds. You know, it is ridiculous that Reno County taxes are as high as they are and we have to go through this just to renew out DL. This is pathetic in this day and age and paying such high taxes. I know that my rant will go on def ears, but I needed to vent.
