The goal of the practice is to provide long-term predictable results integrating good sound function with pleasing aesthetics. Both Dr. Raymond and Dr. Ralph Phelan have a military background. They bring this experience along with a methodology acquired from the Panky Institute and the Dawson Center to offer patients a wholesome and complete dental service experience.
