Pros:
1) Affordable. Cheaper than most places around.
2) Not too busy. The times I've gone it hasn't been too crowded.
3) Change machine on site.
4) Plenty of folding tables and laundry carts.

Cons:
1) Small. If you go when it's really busy, you might have to wait.
2) The dryers. The dryers are designed that the doors only held shut by a magnet. This has led to my load pushing the door open (stopping the dryer) multiple times.
3) No wifi.

recently did laundry here a few times and  both times i had no complaints!  They have more big machines then any other laundrymat in the area... and they are only $5.00 a wash where other places charge up to $8.00 for those machines per load... The atmosphere was clean and calm.. other places often get overloaded with people trying to get off the street or looking to get out of the cold.  I have seen alot of shady spots to do laundry in Lowell area and this is NOT one of them.  My 3 year old and I were able to sit and he played games they have a snack machine.. Once when we went there was a man working he was very nice and so helpful.  Definitely a great place to do laundry & i will keep going there from now on :)

Machines ran well.  Other customers were helpful and friendly.  Plenty of change machines available.  Bathroom was not stocked unfortunately.

There are always enough machines, and the place is always clean, well lit, and has enough parking. No free Wi-Fi here, which can be a drag if you're dangerously low on 4G. Also, no machines to change large bills into small bills-- so if you come in with just 20s, you're getting $20 worth or quarters or no clean laundry. These are my only gripes though, and these are admittedly minor things.

Amazing place!
The owner was very kind and showed us the machines that would work best for our needs. However, the best thing about this place is how clean it is. You don't see spills or mess anywhere. It is very comfortable. I came here by accident, but I wont be going anywhere else!!!!
