No Stars!!!   At the Flint/Burton location on Court St., worst customer service EVER!!  I picked up my shirt order the previous week.  When I went to wear a shirt a few days later, all the buttons were shaved or ripped off. I've never seen anything like it.  When I went back to the location to show the staff, the so called "manager" said I had animals in my closet.  I couldn't stop laughing. It was the most IGNORANT statement I have ever heard!!  Even the button threads on the shirt are pressed, indicating the buttons were removed prior to the pressing process. She would only say "you have an animal in your closet." She obviously does not belong in the customer service industry. Will NEVER go back to a Pro Clean cleaners if this is the service they provide, nor will any of my relatives, as I relayed this story to them.

I was a self business owner. I know how to treat customers, and how to hire staff that does as well. This person has absolutely no people skills or customer service skills.  I cant believe she is in a position to service customers.

Its not the money for the shirt, but the principal of my shirt being damaged and IGNORANCE of this person to insult me by insinuating there is an animal in my clothes closet. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Would give this place 5 stars if they would clean out their dryers more often. Seems like lately thats being neglected.

They still use machines from the 70's that can't stop once started. Good luck if make any mistakes because that's an extra charge to do another load. When asked, the blonde lady said, "we have signs posted".  I do not recommend this laundrymat.
