I went to a cleaners in Covington to drop off a suit, during my lunch break they accepted it and I left. I was told over the phone that they would have it ready for me after 5 pm the following day. As soon as I arrive back to the office I receive a call from said cleaner stating they wouldn't have it ready and to come back and pick it up. Being that I was on a tight time constraint due to my lunch break being an hour, I was extremely frustrated by this. To make a long story short I called Cleaners by Louis right after and asked would their be any reason as to why they couldn't have my suit done for me with in 24 hrs and they said no. So today I have my suit dry cleaned and ready for tomorrow. Couldn't be happier and if I had stuck with the establishment that had the better google review I would not have a clean suit for work tomorrow. I am extremely pleased with the service I received and will be back.

WORST!!! cleaners!!!! ever!!!!!!! really has gone down hill since Rhonda has left,  they switch up employes to much.  I have been a loyal costumer for years and the new manager is extremely rude and doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Including the owner Leslie who is the rudest owner of a business I have ever met. I have putten 6 dollars in my pocket has a test to see if I would get it back.. Didn't. About a a week or two ago they lost a top( they have lost tons of my stuff) and that was the last straw of why I'm not returning. I would rate less than one star if I could.

I have been searching everywhere for a great alteration shop in Mandeville, & I finally found it!  I got my brides maid dress & my daughter's flower girl dress altered here & they did an excellent job.  The best part is that they have same day service or at least can get the alteration done in 1-2 days.  The service is great, place is clean and classy and you can get your drycleaning done there as well.  Highly recommend this place to everyone & I have been very satisfied with their services.  Their price for drycleaning is average, what you would pay at other places but with better service & in a timely manner.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! AWFUL service, rip-off prices! They ruined a $400 suit brought in for a routine dry cleaning and then refused to reimburse in any way. THE OWNER LESLIE HOLLEY IS QUITE POSSIBLY THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. DON'T BOTHER. GIVE OTHER DRY CLEANERS YOUR BUSINESS!!

I live on Southshore, work on the Northshore so have choices of dry cleaners on both sides of the lake.  Dry Cleaning by Louis is my choice!
