First of all, they never contacted us to set up a time to do the work after I faxed them our estimate back last fall. One day, I came home from work and the concrete was lifted but was very uneven. We had been told when we got the estimate that we did not have to pay until we were happy with the work. My husband called to complain about the work and that they showed up with no appointment. They told him that they don't schedule appointments for work because  they might not be able to keep it with weather and such, which was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. But they would send someone to look at work we were complaining about. No one has shown up to look at the that was done unless they came without letting us know again. They've now sent us 2 bills. So my husband called them last week and was told that the work is under warrantee but they would not fix it until we paid them. The work wasn't done right the first time, so it has nothing to do with a warrantee! Poor, poor, poor communication and horrible customer service!
