Dry Plus Roofing is a family owned and operated company located in Phoenix, Arizona. We specialize in residential roofing repair and replacement. We can install and repair most types of residential roofing including tile, shingle, shake, flat, modified and we also recoat roofs. Additionally we install and repair leaky skylights and solar tubes. We can do roof carpentry work such as replacing fascia and roof maintenance to help your keep roof in top shape.
We service the Phoenix Metro area including Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Glendale, Gilbert, Peoria, Goodyear, Sun City & Sun City West, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek and Fountain Hills.

Kevin and Regina were great! Kevin was able to come to our home within days and gave us a quote onsite for the work to be done. He even came back a couple days later to provide an updated quote for some additional options we requested. His team began the work in less than 2 weeks and completed the job timely and in less time than originally expected. Prices were fair and our home was left clean of debris. I would definitely recommend Dry Plus Roofing.

This review is written while the job, a complete reroofing of my townhouse, is in progress.  I find the company and its employees to be altogether on task.  They have been in touch with me and have kept me informed of the issues, expected and unexpected, they are encountering, explaining what they are doing and why.  There have been some surprises, and the cost of the project has risen, though only by five percent.  Installing a new roof is noisy, but with only two entirely understandable exceptions, the workmen have kept disturbances to my neighbors and me to a minimum.  More as the project comes to completion.  The job is now complete and I can only praise the company and its employees for their communication skills, work ethic and quality of work.  I will use them again as necessary and refer others to them.

Everyone that had a hand in getting my roof on did a terrific job.
Thank you Kevin, Heath and Butch. The roof looks great. They all went above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one.
I knew exactly how much it would cost and if there was any extra costs, I was informed before the work was done.  
They were all friendly and respectful.
They left my property clean, no extra product or nails around.

We had a couple of tiles come loose right after the warranty ended, and they came out and replaced them without charge.  They responded immediately and we were impressed with their professionalism

Excellent service- fast and cost effective. Workers were clean and polite. The first heavy rains will test the effectiveness of the repairs.
