This place is so basic and small. There's only a couple of slides and a lazy river. It has the potential to be a great place but it's not quite there yet. It does have an b Olympic sized pool and it's next to a gorgeous park.

We use these facilities for city sponsored a festivities like swim and dance classes. I wish they had more availability for classes. And we've done private swim lessons and a few times the specific teacher has a substitute which loses consistency and momentum.

My family got there early on labor day weekend and the crowd wasn't bad at all. The lines were short on all the rides and we had a great time. A storm started to get close so they had to close the park. Though since they had to close early, they comped our admission for the following weekend.

Fun little water park. They're not too strict about silly rules. Good for a little kids, older kids and adults as well. Not a lot of slides but still very fun. The river is awesome.

Pros: A fun place for kids. Lazy river is decent, slides are short but fun, Toddler area is pretty nice. Cons: The management should control who uses the toddler area - I don't want mine being knocked over by large kids and the occasional bully roaming around - since parents largely let their kids do whatever they want and the clientele largely reflect the local population. Lifeguards clearly hate their jobs. Only about 25 lazy river tubes and they could use 100. Cabana/pavilion rentals overpriced for what they are (a table and chairs with only partial sun blockage). I avoided the food because it looked questionable.
