I just wish more shoe stores carried wide widths besides wide calves and Boots. And also I wish they knew what was coming on their truck so a person wouldn't have to order online. However, if you ship to the store is free shipping. If it's over certain the mail and your shipping it to your home is free shipping. Now they do charge a fee if you are sending it back I think it's $8 and some change. That is if you're sending it back to the company themselves but you can return it to a store near you which is awesome. Now if you are returning it back to the online company they will not charge you a fee if you are willing to swap it out with something else and not charge u for the return! Hope this helps.

I love having a DSW so close to where I live. Great selection of shoes. Easy to navigate.

They didn't have a good selection of sandals on the discount rack. The designs were a little too out there for me. 95% of the time I can walk into DSW and find 3 pairs of shoes in my size with no problem. I liked going to DSW because they usually cater to wide feet, but when I tried on some of the sandles and slippers they made my feet look wider than they actually are.

I was very disappointed that I went all the way over there to buy something they didn't have the free bag they offer it unless you're really the only reason I went
