The guy came to fix my sink because of there are some foods and hair and the sink faucet because the water runs down a little bit slow. My friend told me that last time another company charged him $100 but Du- all Plumbing company charged me $650 by credit or $500 by cash. You are a robber, not the plumbing one.
If I have a chance, I will give you 0*, not 1*.

They were at the house within half an hour of calling and were able to fix our plumbing really quickly. Professional, friendly and efficient.

I had a clogged toilet, and I was fortunate to have Will Graham come to my home to fix it. He was right on time, he was very friendly and pleasant. He explained to me all the different things that could have caused the clog: he fixed it quickly and without any fuss.He checked the main sewer line for me, to make sure that there was nothing there that could cause me future problems. The entire time he was in my home he was kind, courteous and considerate. He explained everything he did so that I would be left with no questions. I would be very happy to deal with Mr. Graham (or Will, as he asked me to call him) over any plumbing problem I may have in the future.

Realized the septic tank in our new home was full once all the toilets started backing up. Neighbor gave us Du All to call. Said it would cost $2600 to empty and clean tank! When we asked if there were any other options, the rep said "oh you must want a side job." No warranties. Price $1300, We would pay $700 on a check and $600 in cash. Wha?? Didn't sit right with us. Called another company while they were still there, $700 for everything! So this thief was going to pocket $600 cash in his own pocket? Wouldn't even budge when we called him out on it! Stay far away from Du All

I totally agree with Mr Jim Jackson!! Grossly overcharged ! We were in a pinch, our septic tank was backed up into our home. They were here within an hr, and no complaints about the work. However, to the price of $745 to pump, jet wash line n a new filter, $325 just to pump. And $420,  for jet wash, labor, and filter !!!!
Supposedly advertised as 10% discount, for their 37th anniversary of being in operation, buttt don't believe that was given to us, considering the already pricey cost of $745 !
I called four, other septic companies after we paid and recieved service  to see what the going rate is ! All four,  other companies , charge  $300, for the exact same service, labor included !! They charge 200-225 to pump and only $50-75 for a filter, with labor included!!
My advice is, if you have the time, research first, before hiring Du-All, to pump your septic tank.
