i don't normally post something like this but this duane reade is worst than the rest. I have gone here 3x since its near my office and we recently moved but the cashier on the 2nd floor are nasty and rude. Today i went to have a flu shot and i was standing waiting for a long time so i asked the cashier who to wait for and she stared at me and turn around. I just decided to leave.The cashier on the first floor are nicer though. CVS customer service and cashier are far far better and friendly.

This DR is sucks! They don't accept NYCID! All other DR over NYC accept and this don't accept.👎👎👎

Huge line of customers and only 1 cashier,  so many empty shelves and so many shelves with the same exact item on them

It's conveniently located at the bottom of our building. Great for passport photos.

I have been coming here for years. Today I found lady at the pharmacy rude. She was doing nothing but when I asked her to pay at her counter she refused and told to go downstairs. Not something very typical of this location. May be one off incident.
