I have been here a few times for beers with friends. It's a small place so it's usually a but load but the have a great selection of beers and sprits too. The staff is pleasant although sometimes a bit understaffed.  On a few occasions, I have some items from the menu. On the latest occasion, I ordered the tri-tip sandwich with a side salad. The salad was crisp but lacked a bit in personality or creativity. The sandwich, however, was very nice. The meat was prepared a perfect medium rare and had a great balance of seasoning. I chose to request a small side of house salsa to give it a bit more flavor and brightness. I highly recommend it.

To start off it was not too packed or empty on an early Thrusday like 9pm. Our server was Denise she was super awesome! Very friendly and super cool eyes lol. So I ordered fish n chips great flavor, tasted great not like a frozen box but pretty damn good 7.5 out of 10 in comparison to fresh stuff off the pier. Onions rings a must try, big in size not like the little dinky kind thick crust and lots of onion, super tasty. Ordered an old fashion and pretty damn good, great kick not watered down or over sweetened, definitely going to be coming by my next trip down to Salinas.

Food was very good. We order appetizer, and margaritas. I also like that they had Guinness on tap and uefa champions league on multiple screens.

They don't serve anything without chili in it.  Even the hamburgers have chili.  My friend was allergic and lost her voice.  I, on the other hand loved it.  The burgers are buff, the menu creative and the staff tried really hard to accomodate the allergy.   Just know, if you're allergic to peppers, capsasin, or anything chili related, even paprika, this is not the place for you.
