They are the real deal and best for service, sales, advise, installation and how to maintain your hot tub/spa.  DON'T BUY FROM THE FAIRGOUNDS OR PARKING LOTS.  I made the mistake of buying my first swim type spa from the Fairgrounds.  They had novices and broke a few cosmetic things and never returned to fix.  Since there's no store, they sell stuff that no one else should buy.  Company that made my spa ended up bankrupt, fortunate that I didn't need parts or repair.  The large spa also had no drain system, so I had to drain manually with a pump, what a pain.  I eventually got rid of it and purchased from Dublin Spa.  From the sale to installation they did top notch job.  I also received a fantastic gift basket that contains a Quick Cheat Sheet on how to maintain.  I love these guys!

These guys are incredible, I have only my hot tub for three years and they are still helping me with any questions I have or any issues with the hot tub. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and the service is beyond what you might ever expect.
