I had a new furnace and air conditioning installed. They came at 8:00 and had the whole system installed by 4. They worked without lunch so they could have my system put in that day. Josh, Monte and Kevin did a excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship and their attitude about their job. I highly recommend them and their whole team from Ductworks. Thanks again for a great job!

Our experience started with Rhod who came out to do the estimate. He patiently explained the process and went over the bid with me in easy to understand language. When you have a contractor in your home it's important they are sensitive to your needs. Josh, Kevin, Monte and Brady fit this description to a tee. I'm a hands on home owner, in part because my wife and I have spent 20 years historically renovating our home. As the job lead, Josh demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skill. He was easy to work with. We collaborated on ways to make things blend in and preserve the character of our home. Also the crew earned extra bonus points for how they loved up our dog Bosco (-: From my perspective what separates good contractors from poor ones is how they handle any kind of break down. We had a small misunderstanding at the end of the job. JD, the office manager, was great. We felt very understood by him and came to an organic resolution that worked for everyone. We would highly recommend Duct Works. Now bring on the heat and humidity!

After another company came out and gave me a hard sell, I called these guys for a second opinion. They were courteous and respectful and I used them to replace my 30 year-old furnace. Josh and Patrick did a great job of installing the new furnace and I'm very happy with the results.

This is the third system I purchased from Ductworks and as with the other times the installers were very professional and did an outstanding job. Josh and Monte seems very knowledgeable and skillful.

Had a great experience with Duct Works. Josh, Monte, Kevin, Rhod and Christine were all great to work with. Super helpful, informative and their work was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
