We ordered take out and this is what we received. The breading on the calamari and the fish was cold and had no crunch at all! It tasted like it was wet. Also, the breading on the fish tasted like the oil had been burnt. The Alfredo looked like it had been microwaved because there was so much oil sitting at the bottom. I am disputing the charge on my card.

I went here twice in one week. The servers were hilarious and personable. The calamari was lacking, I tried it two different times, def not good. However, the shrimp Cobb salad was AMAZING. I'd seen Duffy's locations all around Palm Beach County since I arrived last year. I was avoiding them, like most places, because I wasn't dining in restaurants til I felt more sure of relief from the pandemic. I have been dining outdoors, however, and found that this locating had a nice outdoor seating area, so I dropped in for a bite.  The overall experience was well beyond what I expected! The inside looked like a comfortable, local sports bar complete with large booths, sports memorabilia and lots of flat screen TVs viewable from nearly every angle. What surprised me, though, was the quality of service and the value of the food!  Or server, Trey, was relatively new to the job. Despite this, however, he was really on the ball and we couldn't have asked for better service! He was really attentive, amiable, honest in his sharing of opinions on food and drink and responsive to our needs. We'd definitely ask for him by name when we return.  As for the food, we started with a flavorful spicy Asian shrimp appetizer, then had a ubiquitous South Florida Mahi Sandwich and a full rack of ribs dinner.  The mahi was a HUGE portion, perhaps 6-8 ounces and it looked enormous hanging off the hamburger bun. It was cooked perfectly and was served with shoestring fries. The ribs, too, were quite good. While they were not hardwood smoked, they were still slow cooked them grilled with a slathering of BBQ sauce. They were literally fall off the bone and very juicy! They were served with crisp, fresh corn on the cob and fries.  As I said, I was really surprised by the regional Florida chain and will undoubtedly return for more great valued, Florida comfort food, drink specials and great service. Well done, Duffy's!

FYI; Duffy's offers a military discount. There is one elsewhere in particular that claimed "in uniform only" but from what I've heard from other locations including this one that according to company policy, only a valid military ID is required owner, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.  And with that said; a big shout out to our waitress last night, because I initially showed my ID at the beginning but when I got my check the discount wasn't applied. I actually had no intention of saying anything, however, when she came back she said that at first she had forgotten about the discount, but then remembered because of the card I was using and came back with the discount added.  Besides the food if it's good, it is also servers and workers with her level of courtesy, honesty and integrity that makes it worth coming back to any restaurant.  Excellent job!

Sadly the quality of food overall has gone down after the pandemic. My last dinner here I ask for shrimp scampi and it was not good at all, pasta was in clumps like is being seating there for a while. The flavor was not there either to the point I didn't wanted it. So I ask for mini BBQ sliders the we're better but by the time I got my food my 2 guess had finish theirs. Service to our table took quite a while, we ask for 3 sodas and it took a long time to arrive at our table.

Jenna and John really made the experience special , I used to work at Duffy’s - so I’m a hard critic when it comes to table touches and communication, Jenna did an amazing job making us feel like we were the only table in the restaurant. When I asked for a manager to give her praise he stopped to chat with me and actually made me laugh - I told him this was the experience I came to expect when the original owner was alive and am glad to see it still thriving at this Duffy’s location ! The food was good too, but the positive experience made it taste even better

I just moved to West Palm and this is the 2nd Duffy’s I’ve been to. I had Adam as a server. He was awesome. Attentive, knowledgeable about the menu items, and just an all around cool person. Food Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Will return.

Daisy has been such a wonderful serve to me and my family. I never once had to ask for anything. She attended us very well and made sure we were well attended at all times. Especially at this location I have not had the best experience but thankfully daisy made me reconsider. Please get more servers like her !

The staff was great but not ideal for a relaxed dining in. If you wanna watch a football game and be in a loud place however, check it out. I loved the soup

Bacon Mushroom Cheeseburger  Everything was very delicious, the bad thing is  there are times when the waitresses take a long time to deliver the order, they even take time to bring you the bill, but the rest everything was a good service
