Unfortunately we were told there is only one campsite the will fit our 38ft trailer but it's not available and won't be any time soon. Very disappointing. We have never had this issue at the other 10+ campgrounds we have been to. We have heard many good things about this place which is why we wanted to try it out. We did drive through the park and saw that there were a lot of manufactured homes used as trailers. This takes away from the whole camping vibe.

Worst environment I have ever been in and incredibly unwelcoming. If you are not a regular you WILL BE TREATED AS TRASH. Permanent campers are rude to the rustic camping guests. Too many golf carts so it doesn't even feel like camping. Permanent residents continued to drive past us and supervise like we were criminals. When we tried to be friendly and wave, residents would stare and not interact with us. May I also add an employee threw stuff at our car. Is that really the kind of employees you want your family around? Just wanted to let the world know how this facility handles conflicts. Please don't support a rude and racist place. There are plenty of other great and welcoming places to visit in Port Austin.

Trashiest campground I've ever been to. I've been camping my whole life and I've been in some campgrounds I didn't like. This, however, was awful. If you're looking for a white-trash, party atmosphere, this is the place for you. If you're looking for a quiet family weekend away, surrounded by decent society, this place is not for you. Everything is so tight and packed in. Drunken karaoke till after 11. Kids on the playground right next to our campsite till midnight. Rude teenagers in the way everywhere -- good luck navigating a large trailer around them without getting yelled at. This place knows how to draw the trashiest of society. But it's no wonder because the workers are rude. Nothing is kept up. Our campsite was a bowl of solid moss and it smelled awful. It should not be a campsite at all. Just don't waste your time or money. We left a day early we hated it so much. I saw a lot of negative reviews but the place had 3.9 stars so i figured it was just overly dramatic, sensitive people who left the negative reviews and we'd give it a try. But it's just that bad. They're lucky their seasonal people love them and leave 5-star reviews to keep their ratings up.

This is more of a community than a campground. With that being said our experience was good. The people were friendly and their homes were awesome. They do have some pretty lively karaoke nights that you can hear throughout the park, so if you don't enjoy that kind of stuff skip this place, we loved it. Only 2 complaints, one of which is out of their controll. 1- the bathrooms need some tlc. So wear water shoes. 2- every night I went down to the beach to star gaze I had to clean up from the douchbags that were there earlier in the day. Please don't be disrespectful and clean up after yourself when you are leaving. Other than that I would totally go back!

The camp ground is nice, across the road from the McGraw beach. They offer rustic camp grounds on the back of the park, but it's a 4 day minimum stay. They have clean restrooms and a heated pool, along with a party store right up front.
