I'm a first time home buyer who presented a great offer for the house that he was selling and he never contacted myself or my agent with reason why my offer wasn't excepted he has no clue on how to sell houses. He only wants to sell houses to people without Third party affiliation so he could bank on the profit for solo. This is his response. " what I have thus far done, is beyond the call of duty, and yet one which derives from my morals. Aside from that I neither can nor will discuss a status of an offer with an unrelated third party to the dealing and/or the subject property Property, however, is still active while undergoing negotiations."
