Pros: Quality, well-made products that were attractively displayed and easy to find. Customer service was good. Cons: Very pricey, and no sales that we could find. Clothing seems to run large, as if it's made for "big and tall" types. My husband commented that everything looked like it was made for giants. The women's wear was not as sturdy and rugged as the men's wear (typical), and a size 4 was the smallest size available. Even if I could afford a $70 pair of Duluth's pants, they would be too big. Bottom line: We are too small and broke to shop here! We won't be back.

OUCH!!! Prepare to be sticker shocked. After 45 minutes of browsing, I ended up buying a cap/hat for hubby for $39. He said to take it back because he’d seen a better one for $19 elsewhere. We can afford to shop here, but I agree with hubby on the ridiculously high prices here. Virtually everything I touched was imported/made in China, and not even the best quality material/craftsmanship, so how can Duluth demand these exorbitant prices. Yet, there was a long line at the registers. Go figure! Heard an employee say that this store had the best grand opening $ intake of all stores. Are people that stupid with their hard-earned money?

6 days before Christmas, the store was very busy, but I quickly found my selections, and looked for the checkout line. WOW! There were about 25 people in line, and I expected to spend an hour before my turn at the register. Pleasantly, it was closer to 10-15 minutes before I was being checked out by an efficient, friendly young person. I went on my way to complete power-shopping in a holiday frame of mind!

Out of stock of what I needed at the Wixom store or the staff couldn't find the items. Ordered online, but shipping is very slow and questions about when the order may ship aren't being answered. The store is beautiful otherwise and the staff is very friendly. Update: I did just get a shipping update from customer service. Greatly appreciated!

It is a very nice store. Parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the stuff seams quite pricey, but it is nice to see items before you order from the catalog, and it does seem well made so the prices are probably in line for the merchandise.
