Hummus was great, our pizza was less than impressive. I gave the poor review because of the microbial growth on the AC diffuser’s & up at the ridge of the ceiling. I noticed a fairly strong odor, however my spouse didn’t.
Popped in for a quick lunch between basketball games todaya Sunday. Owner/manager not sure which was very friendly and spoke to us briefly. We were worried we were a little underdressed bc of basketball, but he didn't mention anything. Service was great. Cauliflower pizza was delicious. Would definitely go back when in the area.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
My wife and I throughly enjoyed our dinner experience at Duman. The hummus and grape leaves were a great start to the meal and was brought out timely. The pizza was also delicious with a perfect combination of ingredients. The option of a cauliflower crust was a definite plus. The food was complemented by great service which always rounds out a great dinner experience. Our server was Deakin and we were very impressed by his ability to help guide us with menu choices given our preferences and attention to our order. He was spot on with bringing out our courses and was friendly, polite, and professional with service.
This is a restaurant that has had a hard time finding an identity. They opened up with great pizzas and Italian food and then did away with the pizzas. Now they are a Greek/Mediterranean restaurant with pizza.... Whatever they are, the food is good and the service is really good.
Went to Duman for the first time and loved it! The service was really great, the food was incredible and they have an extensive menu, and the atmosphere is lovely so nicely decorated. Between everyone at our table we had pesto knots, the whipped goat cheese, lamb and beef gyro, and cauliflower steak. It was all absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back. I am already thinking about everything else that I want to try!
Owners are awful. Was asked to leave based on a German family who I was extremely polite towards. I worked there for 3 days and the Turkish owners are very condescending. That ppp did them well looks like . They went from Jeeps to Porches lol.
Loved it! Had the garlic knots which were really good with the dips, both were so fresh and delicious. Also had the prosciutto pizza with goat cheese and arugula which was enough for my husband and I to share. The craft beer selection is pretty decent as well!
They make a really good pizza. I would say a non traditional pizza with Great flavor and toppings. Buttery crust that has a good crisp texture. Toppings were all fresh and flavorful. This is a good variation of a pizza if you want flavor and quality. It isn’t a Chicago or NY style, but fills a niche for people who want high quality ingredients and flavor. Draft and bottled beer selections to reflect local and national brands and a good wine selection. Happy Hour starts at 4pm.
Nice atmosphere, food was pretty good, all was going fairly well till we got the check for our lunch. My husband had ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. When placing the order he asked the waitress how many toppings were included, she said he could choose as many as he wanted. He got all of the vegetable topping options. When the bill came, each topping was a $2 charge and turned a $12 pizza into a $30 pizza. We called the waitress over and said we would pay the bill, but a $30 pizza-before we could say more, she cut us off and said it says the price on the menu obviously we missed that when we asked how many toppings were included. She was so quick to cut us off and come back with it’s your own fault that I had the distinct feeling we were just two of many people who have had this issue. I still don’t see where it clearly says $2/topping when looking at the online menu. Very disappointing. This place is close to home and we were envisioning making it a routine lunch stop. $64 lunches are a bit steep and we’d prefer a meal without attitude on the side.
Food was great. Pizza was surprisingly outstanding. The service was not very good, but I understand how difficult it is to get people to work these days so I won't fault them for that. I'll definitely go back.
