Large park with various play areas, a water feature, running track, soccer/football/track/baseball teams use regularly but large enough to accommodate everyone. Cute picnic area off 31st side. They need a bathroom here, otherwise more stars.

I attend an annual reunion here and its always a nice and safe environment. Parking can be scarce if you arrive later.

Great children's playground. No grilling allowed. Wonderful soccer and baseball fields.
