Proud to be part of Vancouver's Westside Healthcare since 1984. Conveniently open to serve you 6 days a week! We provide many services including Manual Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Intramuscular Stimulation, and Rehabilitative Exercise Therapy.

Story

At Dunbar Physio, we do more than simply alleviate your symptoms: we determine the cause of your condition and remedy it. The goal of our Vancouver physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists is to return you to normal function and activity!

Our clients range from 1 to 101 years old. They are recreational and elite athletes; business professionals and manual workers; computer programmers and avid gardeners. We treat the fit to the not so fit, acute and chronic ailments, spinal, muscular, and joint injuries.

Our physiotherapists and registered massage therapists offer a provide a wide range of services, including Acupuncture, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), Manipulation, Manual Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Vestibular/Dizziness Treatment and Rehabilitative Exercise Therapy including Core Stability.

Dunbar Physio is the only physiotherapist I trust. The hours are great and Nick, my physiotherapist, can fix just about anything. I've recommended my entire family visit at some point and they've all had tremendous results. I appreciate that they don't ever pressure you into booking your next visit unless you really need it -- unlike some physiotherapists who want to use up your coverage.

Dunbar Physio once again saves the day! I was introduced to Dunbar Physio a year ago by a friend that raved about her experience at the clinic. I had been suffering from neck and back pain for close to 4 years despite multiple treatments including massage, acupuncture and physio. Then I met Nick at Dunbar Physio who resolved my issues within about 4 visits. No kidding! He was so in-tune with my description of the pain and instantly knew what to do. It was amazing to be pain free and functional again. I re-injured myself in March, and again, I had amazing results. I have also had the pleasure of working with Mary and others at the clinic who have provided excellent service. Thanks so much for improving the quality of my life!

From the front desk staff to every single physiotherapists that I have had the pleasure to meet here over the past six months, everyone is so professional, yet still friendly. It was never an issue to schedule appointments and I always received reminders for every single appointment. My physiotherapist Renata is absolutely amazing! She even called me the day after my surgery to see how my surgery went, which I thought was so incredibly thoughtful. She has really gone over and beyond my expectations always making sure that I receive the best care in order for me to reach my pre-injury strength and range of motion. This short paragraph does not suffice for me to share all the great care I have received here but simply put, the team at Dunbar Physio is truly one of a kind.

I came in with lower back pain and saw the RMT for treatment. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed. Easy to get an appointment and they have friendly staff
