I have been going to Dr. Howard for 10 years now. I have always received excellent treatment and education on what is going on my mouth and how they are going to fix it. Dr. Howard is quick and precise in his work meaning there inst a long and drawn out process in trying to "up sell" you with unnecessary work that "needs" to be done. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Julie makes you feel at home and comforts you through excellent patient care and expertise and a few laughs along the way. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Howard for any and all dental work!!

Dr. Howard has been our dentist for over 20 years and we find him to be one of the most professional, creative and trustworthy dentist we have ever encountered. We found it  necessary to move to Northern  California some year ago but we will drive the 500 miles when necessary to see him.
His staff treats us like family and it  is always a pleasure to see them all. 
As far as the comment made above about Dr. Howard or anybody on his staff taking advantage of someone is absurd.  
We highly recommend him to anyone needing the services of a professional dentist. We always look forward to our next visit.

Dr Howard is a great Dentist. His safe are wonderful  and the hygienists do a great job. Love coming here. No BS and they are very honest with clients.

Duncan Howard took advantage of an elderly person being my mother! He pulled a tooth of hers that didn't need to be pulled and left her with a hole in her mouth. He then ground down another tooth that had nothing wrong with it and left her with a tooth that was small and sub standard. He then proceeded to try and put a bridge on those teeth which NEVER should have been done because he had ground the tooth down so much  there was nothing left to hold the bridge in place. Naturally the bridge came loose and popped out everytime she would eat. He then sent her to a "specialist" 25 miles away that charged her for 3 office visits, but NEVER did anything to her mouth. This dentist should be reported to the board for taking advantage of someone who didn't understand what he was going to do and taking all of her benefits for the year. She had to wait 3 months to get a hole in her mouth taken care of because of the exhausted benefits. Now the insurance company is asking why she needs another crown paid for that she had one made already and now has to wait 5 years to have a new crown replacement paid for.

I'm like most people going to the dentist is not my favorite adventure, however when I have to go see Dr. Howard I usually get excited because this office is so friendly they make you feel so comfortable. I have been going to doctor Howard for about 8 years,  I drive all the way from Fontana to West Covina to see him, that's how outstanding his office is. Dr. Howard has never tried to up sell me on dental work that is not necessary, and that alone is so important too me. I'm so grateful for my friends  that recommended  Dr. Howard , he's truly the best!
