Damon Duncan, and his entire Greensboro office staff are the best in all of North Carolina. They gave me my life back,and I could not be more grateful. In a stressful situation such as bankruptcy, Duncan Law made this process run smoothly. Damon and his team walked me step by step though this tough process and helped calm my nerves by being there to answer any questions I had. The way Duncan Law has everything set up truly makes this process easy to handle. I could have not asked for anyone better to help me with this important issue in my life. I can now put this bankruptcy behind me and have a new start thanks to Damon and his team. I highly recommend Duncan Law. Once again thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Heather and I were very impressed with how everything flowed and how organized Mr. Duncan and his associates have been through this whole process.  Seeing how Mr. Duncan handled our Creditors meeting of how it flowed and we were totally prepared by him and his staff.  Expectations were set from our very first meeting so there were no surprises.  A very difficult experience to go through but we believe we made the right choice of representation for our case.

How many bankruptcy attorneys do you know who would recommend AGAINST filing for bankruptcy, if it's not in your best interests? Because that's exactly what Damon Duncan did. 

He laid out all of my options, explained them in detail in a way I had no trouble understanding, then he went through and clearly explained why he would or would not recommend each one. Ultimately, his recommendation was a course of action that didn't involve bankruptcy, and therefore made him no money. But he recommended what he thought would be best for me anyway.

In addition to all that, his demeanor was more than I ever could have hoped for. I have some pretty significant social anxiety issues, especially in situations like meeting with a lawyer, but not once did it even cross my mind to feel judged, or like a failure (both of which are feelings that come far too easily for me). He was laid-back, personable, and so very kind. I am immensely grateful to him for that, and if I ever end up having to file for bankruptcy in the future, I already know exactly where I'll go!! :)

From the moment that I met Mr. Damon Duncan, I felt a sense of professionalism, and compassion. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.  Whenever I would call the office  with a concern, they responded expeditiously.  the process was stringent, but with the help of Damon Duncan and his staff, it was completed with ease.  I would high recommend anyone who has decided to file for bankruptcy that you seek the legal services of Duncan Law, LLP.
