I needed a mailbox...again, because it gets hit from time to time.  I have looked on the internet...but couldn't find the bracket needed.  My 'post' is some kind of poly-something...and I could only find brackets for 'wood'.  The gentleman in the store helped me personally, and went the extra mile to help out this 'little ole' grandma'.  A kindness is not wasted on me, because I never forget. The employee's name is John, and because of his help I will always be a loyal customer. It is just so nice to experience the kind of service we used to enjoy back in the 60's and 70's...before you had to hike the distance of a football field to find a simple hardware part. Thanks so much!!

Don't go in there unless you know exactly what you need for your project. The "staff" (a couple of extremely old stuck up farts) won't help you unless you are a middle aged woman trying to make your mind up on what cabinet hardware to buy apparently. Which is weird because every other Ace Hardware ever has had the best service.
