I'm going to start off by saying that I have honestly never had this bad of serviced at any fast food restaurant that I've ever visited in my 40 years on this planet. When I work on Sunday mornings I have to be out of my house by 4:30 a.m. And this Dunkin Donuts is my only option. When I arrived at the restaurant the menu board is never turned on so you can't even read the menu. If you ask them to turn the lights on they huff and puff and make a big deal about it. The woman that works the drive-up window has such a horrible attitude and acts like everything that you asked for it is a big deal. God forbid you asked for a couple packets of salt for your hash browns. The other problem is is that I very rarely get a coffee that's more than three-quarters of the way full. Oh and don't ask her to top it either because she'll nearly have a mental breakdown. Moral of the story is their business has been terrible for years and I'm done dealing with it so now I make breakfast at home before I go to work.

Got me and mt mom breakfast,  my mom got a vanilla chai tea and this Indian lady says theres only vanilla chai coffee.. Get this ladt out of there ruining a great staff.

Almost always screws up the order on hot coffees or makes it poorly. Just ordered a iced coffee. Not bad. Still my least favorite location.

Great coffee and great employees that have to be little different by a Indian woman that doesn't seem to care if customers are in there when she is screaming  at them! Donald Trump needs to send this woman back to where she came from immediately! There is no way in this world is would work for her! Corporate should take action and have something done if they want to stay open!

Used to work here, worst decision of my life. A little secret about this dunkin doughnuts is they don't care about where your cups have been. I would sometimes accidentally dropped cups on the floor. Logical thing to do is throw it away. Not to management. Their idea of what is best for the customer is to pick that cup out of the trash, put it back in the cup holder slot, and give a long lecture on how throwing cups away is "wasting product." It was the most stressful place to be. Would never go to a dunkin again.
