When I went to this location, there was a long line and only 2 employees in store. I decided to use the mobile order instead of waiting in the line. I placed the order and got out of the line and was waiting beside the pickup spot (I was standing a little away not to block anyone else for pickup) the counter lady comes to me and says "you just placed the order and you need to wait? Huh?! I didn't even ask for anything and this is what she tells me. Anyways, the order comes and she missed the coffees. I ask for them and she gives them without closing the lid, burning my finger.  Currently typing this review soothing my burnt finger!

Edit: they missed a sandwich in the order too.

While this is a smaller Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins I prefer coming to this one over others in the area. Staff is friendly and some even remember how I like my coffee. Lines move quickly. Be advised there's no drive thru and as much as I like drive-thrus I don't mind going in.

Fast service. Difficult to understand heavy accent of workers. Cream cheese on my bagel was loose and tasted odd. Clean establishment.

The barista was extremely rude; he overcharged me and didn't offer a refund or any consolation and pretty much shoved the receipt in my face and waved me away. I love dunkin but that's the last time I return to this location.
