Love coming to this location when I am visiting my family. Large coffee chains rarely can create such standard taste and performance, dunkin can! This is a testament to the things that the company stands for. This is a new, clean, store and hope it will stay busy and well-kept.

The girls in the kitchen seemed to have absolutely no idea what they were doing when it came to making sandwiches. They gave our order to the wrong people who took it to their table, opened the sandwiches to see it wasn't right, then brought it back. The employees then checked what was in the bag, announced what was in it, and handed it off to us when we realized it was ours. Isn't there something against doing that, since non-employees touched our food? And isn't that what the order numbers are for, to keep that kind of thing from happening? Also, whoever was taking care of drinks for in the dining area just kind of sat them on the counter when they were ready. No announcement of what they were or an order number or anything. The customers had to ask each other what they were waiting for and try to figure it out themselves. There was one employee (I wish I would have gotten her name!) who was very knowledgeable and super friendly who helped me figure out what else to get when I didn't like the coffee (my fault) I originally ordered.

Very slow service, employee kept “wiping” his nose then proceeded to get donuts out of the case without gloves on using only the bakery tissue paper. Floors and tables were dirty.

Went in this evening with my family and there were hardly any donuts and only 2 people working so everything was a mess.  The staff had to be called out of the back to get service. Not impressed with the evening Dunkin' Donuts!!

Usually a great experience. My wife and I stop here all the time.  Great coffee. We did have one bad experience where they forgot to make our drinks and after we stood there waiting for    10 minutes the kid that waited on us rushed making our coffee's which both ended up being terrible. But being that everyone time I go their service is great I still highly recommend this location.
