Arrived and parked right outside the restaurant and I noticed that they have outdoor seating so you can relax while enjoying your favorite drink or food from DD. I ordered right away since there was not line inside. Got my coffee fast and checked out. It was around 330 pm so that's why there was nobody there. But my order was done correct. The staff was professional.

Garbage Dunkin' Donuts. Staff is clueless, My shop is down the road in Villa Park and I have had to make multiple trips back for screw ups on many occasions. Several times I have ordered a Turkey sausage egg and cheese on a flat bread and get back to find out they never put the sausage on. Or a Mocha Ice coffee or a regular coffee always ends up tasting like French Vanilla. If you want a great Dunkin to go to head on over to the Light house on Ardmore & St. Charles rd...

I love this Dunkin. My order wasn't correct a couple times so I went in and you could see the manager training them. I asked how long they been open they stated less then a year. And the manager has only been there a couple weeks. I assume it's under new management and that's all they needed. If you don't like it go somewhere I say. But after seeing it for myself I'll keep going and see if things change for a while. What can it hurt I stay closer to this one and when they do it wrong the apologize and get it right and I haven't had a problem since. They are all new so why not give them a chance they are being trained.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. The staff is extremely rude and always in a bad mood! The service is horrible! Do not go here!
