I went to this location multiple times, and before 10am, they were out of plain bagels. PLAIN. BAGELS. They stated they only make about 12 of them and we’re going to be dropping that to an even lower number soon. From someone who has seen how successful businesses work, they are a fail. Drive to Waterville or Skowhegan, people. These ones are not worth wasting your time or money.

You guys are constantly messing up my orders, but 3 times in one week?? Monday-the wrong coffee. Tuesday- i ordered 2 donuts and i only reveived one and it was the wrong donut. I thought it was because i was driving a truck and maybe they couldnt hear what i was saying (but even then the worker could have asked me to shut the truck off) so today i went inside....still messed up my order. Not to mention the staff working the front and someone out back were yelling back and forth about how much they hate working the front...in front of a customer.

It's next to my house.its completely normal to wait more then 10-15 minutes at the speaker to place an order,most of the time there is only 1 person ahead of me..I have waited over 25 minutes once when there were no other people in line..people are friendly and now they get my order right but the wait time is just horrible..also they always have an excuse to avoid fulfilling promotions.free donuts day they don't have donuts 2 years in a row.they send DD gift cards that u can't use because the machine that accepts them is conveniently​ down,this happened 3 times.

If you are in a hurry DO NOT stop at this DD. Always a wait at the drive thru, very slow service. Doesn't seem like there is enough help to get customers taken care of quickly. Coffee was not as good as other DDs in the area.

My beverage was made perfectly. Slow service at busiest times of the day. Seemed like the shift leader had to do everyone's jobs for them inside the store, constantly pulling her from her task to enter things in the register and write orders for others.
