The service was nearly unbearably slow today, and the cashier/donut grabber smeared a bunch of my frosting on my donut. I know under pressure when there is a long line situations can be stressful and people can make mistakes. I feel like this is an issue that can be remedied with more staff.

This is the third time I've gone in on a Saturday around 1030 am (ppl like to sleep in on weekends) and they have only 4 donuts left.  I asked why there are never any donuts unless you get up at 7 am.  They said, "That's because Saturday is out busy day."  Then if you are CONSTANTLY RUNNING OUT OF DONUTS BY 10 AM ON SATURDAY ORDER MORE!!!     Btw I've gone in before 7 am on weekdays to bring in office donuts and slim pickings then too.  If you want donuts or a Bavarian creme or ANYTHING do not go here.

The coffee is superb. The food, not so much. Twice I have ordered a breakfast sandwich and both times they were squished and inconsistently heated. I ordered hash browns last time and was given a large bag with 6 miniature round tater tots. They tasted okay but certainly not worth the 99 cents.  Going forward I'll stick to just the coffee and donuts.

I just went in to get some donuts and a coffee and tea on a Sunday afternoon and the girl at the register hardly spoke to us, didn't smile once, and acted very rude. I would definitely pick any other place for donuts and coffee.

I love Dunkin, and I never want to be one of -those- people, but literally every time I come to this location I never get what I ordered, regardless of what I order... It seems like they maybe need more employees because the one time I came here they were closed due to too short of staff? If so I would gladly work here and I'm sure more employees would definitely help in making sure your customers leave not totally disappointed!
