Had the sugar cookie donut, it was so sweet i couldnt believe it. My mom spit it out after she tried it. The vanilla chair frozen thing wasnt bad and they were all friendly.

I've never seen so many employees in a DD before. Also never had this slow of a service in a DD. You would think this DD would be more efficient considering this is one of the bigger ones with 10 employees on the shift and 2 orders.

This is one of the worst d&ds around.  The kid making the bagels is so ridiculously slow and horrible I can't even imagine what he's like at home.  He cut my bagel horribly then the cream cheese was spotted here and there.  I almost wanted to ask for my money back but it was so busy I didn't want the staff to lose their minds.
