There is a pretty decent turn over rate here. They food is gross. Coffee is alright. Dunkachino is the best. If you are hungry for more then donuts then go somewhere else.

Workers need a little more training, they don't even know what's on their own menu. I'll take my business to someone who can get my order at least somewhat close to correct

gone here for 7 years always good. but none of the newer employees listen to what you order
they always out of food
can only order food half the time because staff can't keep up with 4 people in line
this place is a joke now

On Sunday around 1130 am. Only 1 person working drive thru and counter. Slow service. But ciabatta with turkey cheddar and bacon was good!

It's the only Dunkin Donuts with 31 Flavors Baskin Robbins that never carries Rocky Road never how is that possible I've even called the headquarters and then they said that they would have it they only had it one week yes I'm bellyaching about ice cream rocky road is the number one why is that don't stop at this Dunkin Donuts and Baskin-Robbins on Michigan and 96
