This place is hit or miss, usually very disappointed though. When it first opened it was full of teenagers working there who didn’t care about their job, now it’s full of people who cannot and do not speak English very well. 
They mess up my orders quite frequently but the convenience of the location is why I kept going. I will no longer be going to this location after today. 
My husband and I ordered two coffees and a donut. We pulled up to the window and I witnessed the cashier drop a bag when she got to the window. She looked around and acted like nothing happened. She then told me my total and took my card. I thought to myself, surely that’s not our food on the ground right now. She handed me my card, says “let me get your food real quick”, closes the window, bends down very quickly and grabs the bag off the ground and hands it to me. 
Utterly disgusting. The fact that she tried to hide it makes it worse. I didn’t catch her name but she is a middle eastern woman who has always seemed to be quite rude. 
This place needs help, majorly. I’m not seeing any good reviews on here and I’m not surprised. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to get better service and food.

Annoyed enough to actually leave a review. We've been to this dunkin several times now, always need to repeat our order again at the window after waiting, and always have something wrong with the order. I would avoid this location altogether.

Went in there this morning and ordered a large mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar and a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese.. I received a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a iced coffee original blend.. not really sure how you mess up somebody's order that much although the drive-thru employee wasn't paying attention at all when I was ordering and kept cutting me off in the middle of ordering so no wonder why my order was completely wrong...

This dunkin has to be the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Everytime I get an ice coffee, they put no creamer. It's horrible! I wouldn't rate this place a 1 star.
