Beware, if you like having powdered or standard liquid creamer you will be disappointed. All they had was flavored coffee and syrup creamers that personally are way too sweet.

RUUUUUDE PEOPLE! I waited FIVE MINUTES in line to make a simple coffee order and was the ONLY person in line. the brown hair girl working literally ignored me... standing right behind the counter in front of me messing with munchkins. The one other person in the place looked at me twice shaking their head then politely tried to get the Girls attention by saying thank you so she would look up and see me standing there with money in my hand at the order counter. When loosing my patience and said hello do you not see me I was shockingly screamed at!?!? Of course she would achknowledge me then right. I WILLLLLL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. It doesn't even deserve one star the staff is RUDE and when I tried to complain to a manager there wasn't a single person I could speak too

The only consistency at this place is that they consistently CANNOT take a simple coffee order and prepare it.  It's near our house, so we continue going, only to be disappointed by different employees every time.  I've already spoken with Michelle, the GM, but still no changes.

Over charge for a mug refil.  Never seem to have donuts family likes.  Store is clean but small, seating very limited.
