The service has gotten progressivly worse over the years. I stop going for a while only to give them another try and yet still the same bad service. It has gotten to the point that that every coffee order is wrong, the wrong donuts are giving or the staff doesn't know the seasonal items being sold.

It was so loud and disorganized in there. They kept having to ask around to find out who made items put onto the counter to find out who the item was supposed to go to. Also the girl takinf my order didn't know menu items or what was in them or how to make them. Took 20 minutes to get my Mocha Coolata with a triple shot of expresso and NO whipped cream and then it wasn't even made correctly. I just went on and left with it and scraped off the whipped cream only to then taste it and find out it wasn't what it was supposed to be after all anyway. Figured it wouldn't be any use to drive all the way back to just to return it when it probably still wouldn't be made correctly. 😠

A girl name Paige in the drive thru was an absolute delight to deal with. People like her should be a part of management- good to people, on task and a delight to do business with.

This is my final straw for this place. I like Dunkin Donuts but cannot go here. Every time I've been here they messed up an order or it's been slow. Here it is Saturday morning, 9:10, December 23rd. The place is closed with no sign. A bunch of people are walking to the door, which was locked. A bunch of people were attempting to go through the drive-thru, which obviously no one was there. At least I saved 400 calories by not getting a fat boy donut.

This place is basically a sweat shop for there poor employees they don't give breaks yes they allow them to eat but when do they have the time. They short there pay. If they get a paycheck at all. Definitely think twice before coming here someone needs to step in and show them how a store should be ran.
