Generally, I'm still a fan of DD but the two I visit have really become problematic in regards to service. Service has become slow and shoddy. The people are not vested at all and don't seem to care about satisfying the customer. Still a great cup of coffee and great baked goods. I just can't seem to get good, consistent service anymore.

So I go to Dunkin’ Donuts most 365 days a year, but this is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The customer service was awful, they were out of what I wanted, and what I did get was prepared incorrectly and tasted disgusting. Let’s start with the ordering process, or should I say trying to explain that I just want a hot chocolate with a shot of espresso in it. The employee kept saying something that I didn’t understand, come to find he was trying to tell me that they were all out of regular hot chocolate. I didn’t think that it would be so difficult for them to ring me up such a simple drink but I had to explain what I wanted two or three times. Once I was finally able to get an order in, it then took them 10 minutes to make my drink. Let me mention that the store was not busy. I asked them to put a little bit of whip cream in my drink and the lady shot me over a dirty look, and I didn’t get whipped cream. Now I don’t want to sound ridiculous, but like I said before I have visited many Dunkin’ Donuts in my days. This one was just a two star Dunkin’ Donuts experience in my opinion. If there is another Dunkin Donuts in the area I would go there instead because you probably have a better experience and a better tasting drink. Oh and if you’re in a hurry, you definitely need to pick a different coffee shop.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee because everybody behind the counter was working on phone orders. Really need to hire another person just for the counter
