It’s called Dunkin’ Donuts right. How come when I go in there is nothing to choose from? Only the ones that nobody likes. They need to have fresh donuts and a variety to choose from all the time. I shouldn’t have to adjust my schedule to when they make them. They are a business of making donuts. We get a free dozen all the time for the inconvenience. That’s nice but it’s little too late. I wanted donuts on the day I come in not when it’s convenient for them. Happens all the time, not just a one time thing.

Kyle took our order at the window and was very professional and helpful. He went out of his way to see that we got what we wanted. Excellent customer service! Good doughnuts too!

Dear this dunkin donuts in particular.
I'm an everyday kind of person at this location and wish I had a different choice because this is a sad place. The atmosphere that management has created for there staff shows. The staff looks sad and the comments that are made in front of customers are unprofessional. Yet I've seen the m.o.d say nothing. I've had my own personal problem and when they tried to fix it, couldn't find a m.o.d, heard a staff member say all 3 ( yes 3 managers) are outside smoking. I've even seen staff on fb ads looking for new jobs because that place makes them misirable. My order is almost never right or sometimes just not good. I work for a bigger buisness right by this location and love to surprise my staff with dobuts but after the last couple of weeks I think I'll just suck it up and go somewhere else. Simply sad because management leads and they're not doing a well job and it's noticed by customers and staff but not by whoever owns this location.

Food and coffee were good. Terrible service,  waited 10 minutes for 2 egg wake up wraps and hash browns. Lots of employees there but 1 making food.

I asked 7 different kinds of donuts, they didn’t have a single one.  Didn’t even have munchkins.  You’re a donut place ! Have some donuts!
