This place was good when they first opened but went downhill fast. Service always sucks. Last 2 times I ordered iced drinks they let it sit on the counter forever and my coffee was completely watered down once I got it. They burnt the espresso. Can’t even take orders right and the donuts are always stale. I would rate this less then one star if I could because it doesn’t even deserve that.

THE SERVICE SUCKED. I walked in to just get a coffee at 630pm nobody was in drive thru or inside besides me. The young man told me just to wait a minute so I did OVER 5 minutes of waiting I looked over and see him stocking cups and pulling apart equipment like he was closing up and hear his hippy music playing in the back totally rude to keep looking at me but not helping me withy order!!

I went here to purchase donuts for my co-workers.  The attendant serving us was very rude.  In addition, there were a number of flies flying around and landing on the donuts and muffins.  Once I pointed it out to her, she said that it is difficult to keep the flies away in a very nonchalant manner and then proceeded to simply swat one away.  She didn't even attempt to throw away the muffin/s that was/were clearly tainted. She was not concerned about the health hazard that flies (which happens to land in feces and other unsanitary things and then transfer this to the food that it touches) pose.  I will never come back here again and will definitely report this to the corporate office and sanitation board here in Marshfield.  I returned my purchase only to find out that she is the MANAGER! Very disturbing,  disgusting and unsanitary... Beware and Eat at your own risk.

This place has gone downhill fast! When it first opened it was quick and accurate. The employee turnover seems high. This last visit had us waiting 15 minutes for 4 coffees and 10 munkins. I never got my receipt and there were only 8 munkins in the bag. My coffee was also off. It used to be that if I ordered my coffee with Carmel swirl, it would taste the same every time. That is no longer the case. It will be several months before I try returning, if I do.
