We always get the same thing when we come here. The staff doesn't even need to ask..they just start preparing them...great service, great product

Walked in this store about 25 minutes ago. The cashier was a ghetto woman who had no manners but I was in a good mood so I didn't say anything. I asked for a medium frozen vanilla chai, before I could finish she responded rudely with "WE DON'T HAVE NO FROZEN VANILLA CHAI WE HAVE REGULAR FROZEN COFFEE BUT AIN'T NO FROZEN CHAI" I said "oh you guys don't have it at this location? Because I get it all the time." She replied MA'AM WE DON'T HAVE NO FROZEN CHAI then her coworker Justin whispers "we do have frozen vanilla chai" now in my head I'm saying (what a dumbass) she says "OH.. WELL YOU THE ONLY ONE THAT EVER ORDERED THAT BECAUSE I NEVER HEARD OF IT" No apology. Just continued ignorance. I paid for it but waited 10 min because she had such an attitude,  even though she was wrong,  she didn't make the drink. Justin had to make it and it took a while. Just terrible service I'll never go back.

I wonder who is the idiot running this place. Stopped by in a wonderful mood to get two wraps on the drive through at 8 am. At 815am I finally paid at the window without a word spoken and no receipt given, at 818 am I was finally gven a brown bag from another idiot talking on his phone only to drive away late and find in it 3 donuts. So I called the store number witout success. Simply...a place not fit for service but for idiots....

The quality of the food is consistent with other Dunkin donuts but the service is sub par, slow and mistake prone. I only keep coming because it's close to my house.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 mins this morning for them to tell me to park up and when the brought the bag they didn’t bring no ketchup & when they brought the ketchup they only brought 2 packets for the amount of food I had. I returned everything. Horrible service.
