The employees at this place are horrible.
I was next in line to order, but someone butted in front of me by calling the cashier over to another side of the counter. The cashier took so much time that the person behind me complained, so another person comes along and starts my order. When the other cashier came back she finished taking my order, with a very bad attitude, like I had done something wrong, she did not read my order back to me, between both of these people they got every part of my order wrong, and when I went to complain they proceeded to blame me for all of their mistakes.
My husband and I left the food we had already paid for at the table in protest, I have NEVER left food that I had paid for untouched at a table, the service was that horrible, the worst ever!!!

Came in 630am and placed an order for a company and the service was excellent. two worker at morning rush. How exciting. Great job 1/24/18.

Great customer service...I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk and was handed a hot cup of milk...no espresso or caramel...I kindly asked for a refund...a guy named Chris came up to the counter and asked if he could remake it for me.. I obliged...and it was deelish!!! Great customer service Chris... And I do not blame the lady who made the drink because I told the cashier caramel...she did not type it on the order...and she was yelling the instructions to the barista very fast and in an authoritative tone...so the girl messed up due to poor training... I merely asked for a refund because I didn't want the girl to make it over with "shaky hands" thanks to the screaming banshee cashier...
