I absolutely LOVE this Dublin. The GM Kelly is VERY nice and very helpful. I had a problem at another dunkin and she helped me out when I couldn't find a phone number for the other one. The staff are always very friendly and do everything they can to help get your order correct and make sure it's exactly what you want.

I love this place so much i went from just a customer to an employee, and I still love it!! Just swing by on Friday for your free donut with a purchase of a coffee!! National donut day is this Friday!!! See you there!

No stars, Entered to place order, said good morning the person taking our order did not look at us or acknowledge us. She did finally ask what we wanted without looking at us. Just mumbled and looked down. We could barely hear her. She kind of tossed the bag on the counter no napkins in the bag, no thank you, have a nice day, or nothing. My husband said, your welcome thinking she might realize she should say thank you. I looked at her and said thank you have a nice day. We then waited on our coffee which was  never ready. My husband found  the manager who didn't really apologize but made lots of excuses but did get us the coffee. I don't think I will be coming back again to this DD.

Ok service. Took order correctly n received correct purchases, but the order taker seemed agitated n like bothered to be working n having to take my order. Other than that I love dunkin donuts. I personally prefer the dunkin on W. New Haven Ave. right off the highway exit 180 n it's right next to circle k. The experience n employees are so polite sincere n caring. The enthusiasm the staff has just starts your day off on a fantastic note.

This review doesn't have anything to do with their quality of service or food but sanitation and pest control. It is almost impossible to even get near their dumpster because of the millions of bee's that swarm it each time they throw untied bags in the dumpster and unwashed glaze buckets. Bee more considerate.
