This place is the worst. The staff is so rude, the service is slow. In my opinion, it's really going downhill. Most of the time, my order is wrong. The only reason why I go to this Dunkin Donuts is because it's close to where I live. Also, the staff do not take their job seriously, they always fool around, and I have to wait EVEN LONGER for my order.

Why is it that i ask for a large coffee with extra cream extra sugar every dunkin donuts  i go to and every one taste different and ussualy not enough of either

Jeez this Dunkin donuts is a mess!!!! The fact that people still come to this place is amazing,does the manager not know how to order large ice coffee cups? I mean they have no shelf life by all means STOCK UP!!!! what a dump I could run this place more efficiently!!!! DO BETTER!!!!

Service is sometimes slow, usually don't get coffee made the way I ask. I go to another dunkin donuts close to where I work, much better service and prices are less, what gives?Lol

The staff is rude, no sense of customer service, never say hello, thank you or please. No "have a great day" or "you're welcome". I received my coffee, which was made wrong, and I said thank you and I received a "yep" with no eye contact or anything. Im not even all that pissed about the wrong order, but the lack of customer service skills is astounding.The girl taking my money didn't even say a word to me, just held her hand out and returned my change without any communication. Worst dunkin I've ever been to. I'm a manager and if my staff acted like that they'd all be written up or terminated.
