I go to this location at least 3 times a week. In the last 2 weeks I have left with someone else order, I order the same thing every time and Im charged a different price every time. Im tired of ordering a breakfast sandwich and finding that I have a bagel with cream cheese....never mind the price difference, it is very frustrating. Sorry but today is my last visit and after listening to my colleagues, its their last visit also.

This Dunkin location is filty ! The floors, the tables, service counter, it's very bad. I didn't say anything about it to the rude staff because I was worried they would spit in my food. This place is that horrible !

DO NOT GO HERE IF LATE AFTERNOON OR EVENING. You either get a simple order that is screwed up, have to wait for 15+ minutes to tell the staff twice they forget to give you items you ordered or you'll have to witness the "younger" staff not have good work ethics; not cleaning up any messes around the shop, listen to them complain about other co-workers while using improper launguage with customers waiting and take their time opening gifts from their boyfriend. Too if they screw up your order; an iced latte with caramel they give you a cup with just milk. When you say something about there being no form of coffee at all in it because it's too light you are told by staff it's so light (like milk) because you wanted caramel. Um hello, 1) caramel is a brown color not white, 2) caramel latte doesn't taste like vanilla milk and 3) when they go to make the correction it ends up in the garbage on the way out because again they forgot the coffee and caramel and this time they only put in frothy milk and ice and give it to the customer with an attitude because you can't and don't know your needed job skills. Rather drive across town to any other D&D before wasting money at this location.

YOUR DRIVE THRU SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! YOU REALLY NEED SOME RETRAINING AND MANNERS! THERES NO REASON TO WAIT OVER 15 MINUTES FOR SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE!

Love the Sam's when ever either Sam is on my coffee is always perfect but if not it's always messed up and I have to get it fixed. The manager is rude and has an attitude, thinks she can do no wrong because "she's been with Dunkin for years." The only reason for 3 stars is Sam and Sami, if it weren't for them it would be a half star. They are the heart and soul of the store.
