A nice Dunkin' Donuts. Same donuts as every other DD. Same coffee as every other DD. A relatively new store with nice seating, USB charger ports and plugins near tables. Friendly staff. Clean and satisfactory.

Been there twice while traveling.  Both times service has been extremely slow.  It's not that they are busy.. it's they don't care.  You can tell it by them standing there,  chomping their gum and socializing with each other,  while you stand there waiting.  I will not stop at this location again.

Whenever there is a rush they forget the details of the order (cream and sugar, cold or hot, etc...).  I will say,  when they get it right-that's the experience in food/drink that keeps me a customer. Please work on your details, for as the consumer, I pay for the experience I know you're capable of.

Bad customer service. Waited 10+ minutes for food. Food was good.
