Alright look, I wanted to like this dunkin so bad because it's so close to my house. But almost every time I go my order is wrong, Matthew on the other hand got my order right every time, really nice guy. I've been going here for about 7-8 months. I go at random times of the day, sometimes in the afternoon, morning, and even 9 pm, when there's no line and still my order is wrong. I get the same thing every time, a iced coffee with caramel, French vanilla and cream. That's it. it is not a complicated order. I'm disappointed in this store, would really like to see more attentive employees soon.

The service is usually quick, but the drive thru can back up quite a bit at times.  The staff is usually friendly, but can be a little surly if they are busy.  All in all I would say it is a fairly standard place.

NOPE - just left this place. I ordered a medium iced mocha latte with sugar & a small iced vanilla bean latte with sugar & six powdered sugar munchkins. What I got was basically a medium iced WATER with a little bit of coffee in it. No sugar, no mocha, not a latte at all. Same with the vanilla bean. And they gave me five munchkins instead of six. Such a waste of money.

Nice place. Good food. Great people. 
But the place gets so crowded,  they cant keep up, thus the wait times are insane. Especially on weekends.
