I've been to this Dunkin a lot since it's by my work and more often than not, they mess up my order. I always get butter with my bagels but I almost always receive cream cheese instead, even though the receipt says "butter." I got this medium hot chocolate pictured, that was filled just a little bit over half way - this was before I drank any of it.

To start with, they got the order wrong. We ordered their breakfast croissant sandwiches special. They gave us bagels. Ok... Nevermind... We'll take them. Processed egg ick. Hard, rubbery, chewy, tasteless, gross. Vanilla chai tea?? That's what they said it was. Maple pecan iced coffee... Tasted like there was cleaning fluid of some sort in it. I was sick to my stomach later. I have no desire to go back.

Can never get a consistant drink. I order the same thing time and time again and its always different. Same for their bagels. Either i get barely any cream cheese or i get enough cream cheese for 10 bagels. If this place wasnt so convient for me id never go back. The convience is the only reason they are getting 2 stars
