I had such a good experience at Dunkin last night, the young man who waited on me was polite and efficient. All the staff there was working together as a team, no yelling, no eye rolling, just smiling and getting their job done, it was honestly a breath of fresh air....Thank you dunkin for the great experience.

I like Dunkin Donuts stores and go to them fairly often. I do not however like the Oneida store because of the setup. The parking lot is small on the drive in side. Every morning it is packed through the drive thru, and if you want to avoid the drive thru line, you can park and go in. This would be a huge mistake. You can go in get your breakfast and you will not be able to get backed out of the parking lot for the entire morning rush. If you do get out of the parking spot, you will surely have to wait for the drive thru line to move, so you can exit as they have not enough space to drive around the building.  Otherwise they are just as good as any of the other stores.

This is the worst dunkin experience. They managed to mess up my order twice. First they don't even have croissants. I also had to repeat my order at least once and she's talking to someone in the background so I can't understand her. Then I get to the window and they give me a completely wrong order. I come back around and don't get an apology or anything and they give me my order, which is again wrong. At that point it wasn't even worth going back in. 

I travel all the time and this has never happened before.

The amount of time to go through the drive through is rediculous. Not because it is busy, but because they are slow. It is faster to park on the drive through window side and go inside. Don't make the mistake of parking by the entrance. The line always blocks you from backing out of your parking space. They really need a remodel of the parking situation.

I just want my iced coffee made with milk instead of cream, and not told it's milk when it clearly isnt.
