Service is very,very slow. Plus they usually forget something or foul up order.  This happens regularly. The franchisee doesnt seem to want to correct the issues. I like DD coffee but dont visit as often as I used too. The hassles are not worth it.

The new Manager has improved this location greatly. Very pleasant. Faster service. Good job.

I love the cream filled donuts. But I hope every DD chain supports our police officers. I disagree with a employee who recently at another location, refused to serve a cop in uniform.  They serve us, please serve them.

Do not go here at 5:05 a.m. Staff are not fully awake and incapable of providing customer service. The only pro is that they miraculously got our order correct.

Dude if you go in there ask for Maria she's cute and very helpful, gets my order done quickly, I live in lehigh but the service I get from her is so good I come back every time.
