Lets see the employees cant even greet customers and barking at customers because they ask a simple question. I dont care if its that time of the month or not. Plaster a smile on your face and put your grown up pants on like everyone else that has to deal with customers when they go into work. Dont even know how to cook tater tots, their supposed to be crispy not soaking in grease. Lets not forget how hard is it to make a simple bagel with cream cheese. Not a burnt piece of bread with a scrap of cream cheese. I started going here due to working late in the plaza right next door. But if their going to act like its a hassle just to do their job i can go in the opposite direction to Chipotle or starbucks.

Let me start off by saying dunkin donuts is my FAVORITE place to get coffee..now let me explain why I refuse to visit the aiken store anymore. I just recently moved here from Oregon where we do not have dunkin... However moving here and seeing there was a local store I was ecstatic and visited daily sometimes twice with no issues.... Then I made the mistake of ordering inside so that my son could get some ice cream too. I saw the employees complaining and being very unprofessional talking badly about customers in the drive through... But the worst part was that there was a big bucket of previously brewed coffee ( no lid) on the counter and when an iced coffee was ordered the employee grabbed a cup and dipped her ungloved hand into the bucket to fill the cup then proceeded to add in all the extras... I just can't get past the fact that somebody's bare dirty hand was dipped into a bucket that's sat on the counter for who knows how long and that coffee could be contaminated with anything beings as they didn't even have a lid on it. Maybe I'm just paranoid.. But the amount of germs I saw being transferred completely turned me away from this particular store. :(

Horrible service. The cashiers are so rude. I asked for a hazelnut with sugar and I guess I took to long to say with sugar. The very rude cashier rushed me through my order and had an even worse attitude once I got to the window. This isn't the first time. I believe in giving a 2nd chance but this has happen so frequently, I prefer to not visit this location

VERY rude drive-thru cashiers. I came a few months ago; it was my first time going through the drive-thru there. As I'm looking at the menu trying to decide, the cashier yells out "Dunkin donuts." I decided to just get an iced coffee so I wouldn't hold up the line and she was obviously in a rush since she couldn't say more than two words... The cashier says, "Well what do you want? What size? What do you want in it?" I just laughed because I really couldn't believe I was being spoken to in such a nasty tone. She handed me my coffee, and I handed her my card. I turned for just a second to put my coffee down and she was holding my card out with a stank face like I was taking all day. I decided to try again the other morning just before work since it could have just been that one cashier. Nope. A different cashier said nearly the same thing; "whaaaat do you want in it??" I pulled up to pay, handed her my card. She's having a full on conversation with another girl - could have been the cashier from my first visit - and when I said thank you I was completely ignored. I have worked in customer service for years and this is just unacceptable. If you hate your job and hate people that much, please find a new job. Especially in a place like Dunkin Donuts where you could be someone's first human interaction of the day and determine whether or not they have a good day! Please do better!
